The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers District No. 9 Pension Plan is a multiemployer, collectively bargained money purchase defined contribution pension plan qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code that provides retirement benefits for Participants.

The Plan is managed by a joint labor-management Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees has retained a Plan Administrator which is responsible for the administration of the Plan. The Summary Plan Description provides all details.

Starting January 1, 2025, the William C. Earhart Company (“Earhart”) will take over administrative services for the I.B.E.W District. No. 9 Pension Plan (“the Plan”) as described in the announcement.
